Blurb/Synopsis: Arriving in the Scottish Highlands, Martin and Sue leave their luxury hotel with romantic thoughts of spending a night together in an abandoned bothy. When a storm strikes, they find themselves stranded in the simple hut, miles from anywhere and completely isolated. As gentle bickering leads to violent arguments, Sue starts to sense they are not truly alone - a deep, dark presence appears to have taken hold of them. With no way to escape, Sue and Martin must try to hold on to their sanity as their shelter becomes a prison and their thoughts turn Murderous.
Good quick easy read that had me turning the pages quickly. Only 405 pages in this book and i read this book in three nights. I would recommend this book, but not highly. I enjoyed the book but it was kind of predictable, you know when the twists and turns were coming and i knew what would happen in the end. I did start to feel for Sue and Martin, but at the same time i felt the book was a tad rubbish because i knew what was coming before it even happened so i wouldn't read again. The ending was rubbish and blunt and i think would of been better if the ending was longer and more graffic. I give this book a 2.5 out of 5 as i did enjoy it, as it passed the time away before going to sleep it's just the blurb made it sounds a great read and i just don't feel i got that.
